For my final Halloween review this year, I'll be taking a look at John Carpenter's 1980's classic horror, Prince of Darkness.

since i've already covered the first and last entries of john carpenter's apocalypse trilogy it seems only right that i close out my halloween reviews by finishing off the last one and we're going out with a bang on this one believe me the prince of darkness is one of the strangest and most intriguing john carpenter films i think i've ever seen a weird but very effective blend of religion demonic possession and quantum physics that sounds like carpenter threw darts at a board to pick his subject matter and yet somehow it works like so many of his films it wasn't a big critical or commercial success back in the day but it's slowly a master cult following...
