Star Wars is well known for being based on the works of Joseph Campbell and his watered-down Carl Jungian approach, but the more recent viewing I did of all 9 installments showed much more at work. Not only does Star Wars rely on Campbell, there is a heavy dose of Theosophy and Cabala at work here.
