The film could be perceived as anti-god because of how they interpret the supreme leader and devil. But I think they did so to avoid offending Christians or perhaps just to be creative.

Great movie. If it was made today they'd have to do some pandering bullsh*t where they visit Africa for revisionist history crap. But this film was all fun. All white. No feminism. Dwarf jokes. Ah, the good 'ol days.
