Feminism
For a Marvel movie, it's passable. Not good, but you won't want to retch too badly if you see it.

No extremely woke themes other than some feminist critique of a character who didn't raise his daughter to be a martial artist, and a "girlboss" after-credits scene.

No strong racial themes or identity politics other than the obvious casting choices. There's a very short scene where a character recounts a time someone was racist towards him, but it's barely noticeable.

I wouldn't go and see it voluntarily unless you love Marvel movies for some reason. But if you're forced to see it, you won't be kept up at night by regret or anything.
