Cinematography is splendid and the visuals look stunning. Then it gets confusing and makes certain people look bad. Well, it makes lots of people look bad. Apparently the heroine likes to beat people up, which she should not do since she is a cop and cops should not use force to gather information. I am sure that it is against the law to beat up people just for information. She is supposed to be the good heroine but she has anger issues and swears and let’s her husband tell the kids that heaven is "not real". Every other main character is either like her, or worse, except for Wade. Also, the episodes are often non-linear and hard to follow. Adrian's story ends up getting less interesting as it went on. I did not care for the characters, except Wade Tillman at times. I only saw the first season, but I hear it just gets worse from there. So don't bother trying to get into it. Why did I watch it? So you don't have to.
