Started it just for the heck of it. Haven't finished it but it seems decent. Slapstick 90's vibe with cartoonishly nice characters. What you used to get when you took your kids to see a pg movie. Nothing more, nothing less.
Air Bud crossover. Pic related.
A fun and clean white collar crime film that's easy to watch
Idk what to say about this besides stating that I could only watch 1 and 1/2 episode on 3x speed as it is horribly placed and has comedic timing only fit for a geriatric boomer. It seems like some execs green lit this show for Mike Myers and his geriatric aged decrepit sense of humor just because it checks off a the list of dome accepted social opinions sanctioned by the ruling class. Skeptics and...
This film continues the saga of the hobbit but unlike the previous film an increasing number of characters are invented and new scenes are added in which I think detract from the original story. This like the love between the dwarf and the invented she-elf character are out of place in Tolkien's world and the child friendly nature of the story. It's a shame they had to try to make a second LOTR rather...
Bob Proctor is the best part. The rest of the guests are silly. I like Scott Adams' explanation better. The skepticism is good compared to the whacky claims by these nobodies in the film. Overall, it's pretty good though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ay_P4ze9EU
It depicts a story which is happening during viking dominance over seas and all of that times, it's basically a historical film. It's all white cast, no lgbtq, no blm, the only thing that can be counted as anti-god is the existence and belief in paganism. Movie is good. 10/10 would watch again
How hard is it to make a badass series for a badass game? I was pleased with the likes of Boba Fett and The Mandalorian. I was expecting Halo, another item of sci-fi with wicked armor, to be just as good. It isn't. It goes beyond the failings of the previously mentioned shows. It's just some Aliens v. Humans dumbass show. It's barely Halo. Hollywood made and epic game into a raunchy, cringe, woke TV...
I thought the movie was just really boring. Alot of "filler" scenes where nothing really happens. And id say thats probably most of the movie. I didnt care for any of the characters or what happened. It was just dull and boring and i wish i didnt spend money to see it
A very intriguing concept that goes a bit to abstract at times; its like an artsy James Bond show, centering around a distrust and fear of great power politics and the impact on individualism and freedom and societal trust
American hype movie that apes everything about 80's pop culture in the worst/funniest way possible
Ascendant Edition 138 min. (Fanedit.org) Please note that the following review and the above rating is for a Fan Edit of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. You can find it on Fanedit.org and the review should not be taken as one for the final and legal version. Â Upon first glance looks to be another fan-edit, with all the mocked moments of the film cut out in a way similar to The Phantom Edit,...
A film that seems to emulate a remembrance or abbreviation of a working class childhood, where cultural influences, relationships, pressures and fears all mix together into a symphony like experience
When Star Wars: The Last Jedi came out I remember hoards of people disliking the film. An anti-white, anti-male, quid pro woke extravaganza that's only purpose is to radicalize innocent, unassuming viewers into members of the so-called "resistance" against Trump. People I know who like the movie gave the world tirades about how great the film is and if you don't like it then you're a Nazi. Â So...
Most people on RWT would show their young boys cinema of the past to give them a clear sense of masculine representation. Toxicity in masculinity is a spectrum like Autism, meaning what's toxic to one person isn't exactly toxic for another, so there is no set rules on what is toxic or not. RRR is a film I caught by chance and you would be hard-pressed for me to cry out its glaring flaws of which...
Beyond the race-hustling dynamics at play in If Beale Street Could Talk is a simple love story that speaks to anybody who has been at a lower class in life, economically or spiritually, which is what I suppose is the Christian or gnostic love story. While Jenkins is clearly aping the directorial style of Wong kar-wai, and nobody should go into any literary adaptation to see a literization of the...
Theatrical Cut 132 min. (4K83) Â Why oh why do the left-wing see themselves as the Rebels, Rey Palpatine and/or Luke Skywalker? I could see why for the 1977 original, but since Return of the Jedi was released on May 25, 1983, I cannot comprehend why they still identify with Star Wars and they do to this day. By the time George Lucas came to Episode VI, everything that made Star Wars special has...
This is a nice little classic film that is more than the slap-stick comedy I assumed that it would be. Some moments are genuinelly moving. When you watch this you feel a nostalgia for a bygone day of 1980s America which was in so many ways a better time than now. All I would say is that this is not a film with a necessarily positive message but it is fun and mostly harmless
A well researched and historically accurate horror thriller set in the world of the Viking based on a medieval story which perhaps originated as a Norse saga. Don't expect a history epic or a film with an uplifting message, this film is a tragedy in the Shakespearean style and it lives up to the hype. It will be refreshing to many to see an All-White cast
Theatrical Cut 133 min. (35mm) I severely doubted this movie in the past. I thought that it wasn't as good as the original trilogy or even the next two prequels, but far better than the sequels. That was until I watched the lost original theatrical cut of the film, and man is it everything that people has said positively about Thor: Love and Thunder but superior. This is Lucas's magnum opus in filmmaking,...
The film is true to the spirit of the age in which it's set. The main downside is that it's extremely violent, maybe unrealistically so even for the time. Obviously this is not a family film (unless watched by an adult father and son?) or a film to take a first date on (unless she's unfathomably based). I can't detect any hidden political agendas behind this film. There is basically nothing modern...
